Nicole Nelson
Nicole is a Holistic Health Coach who is passionate about plant-based nutrition. She loves helping people feel their best from the inside out. Each morning, she tries to get an at home workout which typically includes a strength or weight training routine, HIIT session, or full-body circuit. Mid-morning, after breakfast, she takes the Daily One Caps™ with Iron which she’s noticed has been helping with her energy levels and her immune system has never been stronger! Nicole also loves getting outside for a walk every afternoon with her husband. She’s been following a plant based diet for the past 6 years and it's completely changed how she feels. Nicole enjoys experimenting with fun, delicious recipes too! And she’s a big believer in self-care which for her is getting out in nature, reading a book, or sitting in the sauna.
