SHIPPING & RETURNS
Upon purchase, a shipping and handling fee of $5.95 will be added to each order. This fee is waived for orders totaling $75 or more. Most of our products are shipped within 24 business hours. We ship via FedEx, so you must use a physical address - No PO Boxes.
Your order will be assigned a tracking number that can be tracked via the FedEx website at www.FedEx.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ORDERS TO P.O. BOXES.
Orders placed after 2:00PM EST time will be shipped the following business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Twinlab.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or defective items are eligible for store credit or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN?
To return an item, please fill out the form below. In the subject line, please type "RETURN." In the body of the email, please include your order number and reason for your return. From there, we will assign your order a return number and create a shipping label. Please affix this label to the box containing your return and ship it back to us via FedEx.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue you a refund or store credit accordingly.
If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card via your original method of payment.
Please allow 15 business days for your return to be delivered, processed, and refunded.
NOTE: Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please note that refunds, replacements, and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through the official Twinlab website (www.twinlab.com).
You must be able to provide a purchase confirmation number from your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Twinlab website.
